Universal control system for baling press SUU-P

The system of universal control of the press-picker SUU-P(hereinafter referred to as the system) is designed to control the technological process of forming a roll

of harvested weight of fodder or flax by activating the light and sound alarm when it reaches a specified diameter and density, controlling the pressing mechanisms, diagnosing faults, At occurrence of emergency situations.

The main components of the system are: BTG, I / O unit (hereinafter referred to as "BVV"), monitoring unit (hereinafter - BM), harnesses.

BTG is designed to display information coming from the BVV, as well as setting the system parameters necessary for its operation. BTG is installed in the tractor cab.

BVV is designed to provide collection, processing and storage of information coming from sensors, control the operation of the system and is adjusted taking into account the design features by programming the source data from the system manufacturer. BVB is installed on a baler (flax picker).

The BM serves to implement the function of GPS navigation and data transmission via GSM. The monitoring unit is installed in the tractor cab.

Harnesses serve to connect the components of the system to the power source, connecting them with each other and with a baler.

      It is allowed to supply the system in separate units and in the complete set, declared by the consumer, at the same time the system is completed with a separate order. 


Technical specifications

 1 Operating temperature range from minus 10 ° C to plus 55 ° C.

2 The system monitors the following parameters:

- achievement of a given roll density;

- preliminary formation of a roll;

- end of strapping;

- counting the number of rolls (current, total);

- the length of the bale (for the PT-800 pick-up).

  3 The system, depending on the type of baler, monitors the control of the following parameters, mechanisms and processes in accordance with Table 1.

6 The system provides for the possibility of accumulating and outputting statistical (emergency) information.

7 The system provides the ability to display information about faults.

8 The system provides the ability to use GPS navigation (function), data collection and transmission via GSM (option).

9 The system is powered by the on-board tractor network with UH = 12 V.

10 The maximum power consumption is not more than 6 W.

11 The load current for each control channel is not more than 2 A.

12 The weight of the system is not more than 12.0 kg.

     13 Degree of protection BTG, provided by the shell (shell 2), IP54 according to GOST 14254 -96. The degree of protection of BVV and BM, provided by the shell (shell 2), IP55 in accordance with GOST 14254 -96.
